I just had my first ultrasound yesterday. I thought I was 6 weeks, but they are stating 4 weeks 6 days. I thought it was odd I could be so off. They did see the yolk sac, but no fetal pole. It has really gotten me down, but after reading so many posts re: the same thing, it looks common. They justUltrasound photo of a normal pregnancy at 6 weeks and 1 day of gestation. Gestational sac, yolk sac and fetal pole are all clearly visible. The crownrump length of the fetus is 4. 3mm. week 6 ultrasound no yolk sac
